How you can request, edit or erase the information we hold about you.
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you. You can do this by emailing us at info@teamjump.co.uk, calling 0207 326 5055 or by writing to us at Green Rewards, 141 – 157 Acre Lane, London, SW2 5UA. We will aim to process your request as quickly as we can and at the latest within 14 days of receiving the request. We will provide the information to you by SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol). We may charge a small administration fee of £10 for any excessive or repetitive requests.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data we hold about you. If you notice that anything is incorrect, or that anything is out of date you can ask for this information to be changed by contacting us at info@teamjump.co.uk, calling 0207 326 5055 or by writing to us at Green Rewards, 141 – 157 Acre Lane, London, SW2 5UA.
You may, also, at any time request the erasure of your account and any information we hold about you by emailing info@teamjump.co.uk, calling 0207 326 5055 or by writing to us at Green Rewards, 141 – 157 Acre Lane, London, SW2 5UA. We aim to respond to requests for erasure within 5 working days.
